Dr. Judy Laws

Dr. Judy Laws is a seasoned senior consultant with over 20 years of experience providing management and Human Resources Development (HRD) consulting services. In 1995, after a successful career at Bell Northern Research / Nortel Networks in human resources, Judy established her consulting practice. She has established a solid record for providing excellence and high quality service to an impressive set of international, private sector, non-profit and government clients, plus Conference presentations and publications in her field. She has a passion for partnering with clients to achieve results that stick.

Judy delivers a set of service offerings that enable professionals and business leaders to improve their leadership, team effectiveness and innovation capacity. She is passionate about helping people reach their potential, which is what lead her to become a coach. Judy’s expertise as a coach lies three areas: leadership development, career development and inclusive diversity.

Judy holds a Ph.D. in Education in the area of adult education and creativity. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), IAF Certified Professional Facilitator and MBTI practitioner.

Raymond Lefort

Raymond Lefort is a Business Graduate in Operations Research with more than 20 years experience in IT and Telecommunications. He has a broad technology background including desktop, workstation, server, host, supercomputers and network systems.

Raymond’s passion is helping clients improve their effectiveness by exploiting best practices in: IT outsourcing, service delivery and operations, support, and marketing. He brings a pragmatic and results oriented approach to all his engagements. In 2014, Raymond became an ICA Certified Professional Coach, which has complemented his consulting practice and how he works with his clients in helping them achieve their goals.

As a Senior IT business professional with Start-up and Fortune-100 experience, including IBM Global Services, Raymond applies his wide industry experience to help clients achieve improved business results through IT. Raymond is a strategic thinker with a keen focus on the customer and delivering results. He is fluent in both French and English.
